"We started working together with More intenz four years ago, initially training potential sales managers at our business school. A sales manager is responsible for a station, its staff and its results. You have to be good at setting goals, motivating and bringing on the sales staff. It is also about creating a sales culture at the station that puts the customer in focus throughout their visit.

It is vital for us to be at the forefront when it comes to our welcome and service, offering our customers that little extra, making them truly satisfied with their visit to the station. Today More intenz works with all station employees so that we can succeed at this. We still have our business school, and we train our sales staff at kick-offs and at the station. We also train our sales managers at conferences.

In October 2014 we took 450 sales managers on a three day training camp outside Barcelona. The focus was on hospitality, values, and sales of course. More intenz was responsible for two of these days and were much appreciated, particularly when it came to training on things that we know make a difference at stations."
